Well, futures are down aggressively...

I find it weird but not all that weird.

gold seems like it's nowhere.

It's when I listen to the news shows on sunday that I try and figure out what monday will be like. It's messed up that it is the same MEME from the past 3 weeks. how many times will they have to say the same thing before ....

I wish I could figure out how to measure a meme.

At the local Grocery, where the Ragu and the Hamburger Helper stands now are. That new display replaced this nice Gourmet food section they put in 2 years ago.

I actually wandered around looking for the gourmet section, and it's now a much smaller section. 1/8 the size it was before.

I do have to comment that this does not include cheese, for some reason we have an abnormally large section of Gourmet cheese....

...But we are a Dairy people...

As a sideline to that comment. I once was in Provo Utah, and couldn't find any extra sharp cheddar. I asked if they had a gourmet cheese section, and the woman looked at me like I was an alien, and pointed to the Swiss.
