How come the people outside the country can get a 11% stock/bond.

I'm like a junkey here, I took a couple hours to eat lunch and mellow out...

trying to figure out where the market is going and get ready to take the other postition... up from here I go short, down to the lows at the close I go long....

ouch...

I'm like a junky here... and these moves are so fast.

I'm wondering if the fed does not cut, the dollar gets stronger, and oil comes down, commodities get weaker...... and the market rallies.
