Guess what... Just like every other industry... there will be a change where "wall street" decentralizes....video conferencing...the internet... people don't work at work.... and there is no reason to "trade wall street" from 10K a month apartments and condo's.....
that just makes you stupid...
certain amounts of "financial services" will have to be done from wall street.... but
"Yawn........" Wall street will suffer the same fate as the rest of the industries....
