and a Follow up, Talking about metrics, what metrics are you guys using to measure yourself against, are we looking at RONA or OEE, to make sure that [insert company name] you are as you say number one in the industry?


I used to work for someone, and every winter we would have to sit through a yearly seminar, where we would adopt the newest WallStreet gibberish, Model of the year. I had to ask one year how we would ever generate the synergies necessary for proper branding of our organization if we were constantly changing it.

I also still find it amazing that the same Enron joke goes on about how the company will call the annalist back to answer the question.
