This is the rally I was about to say that with us having 3 good tests of the upside resistance... and 4 of the downside... I thought we were going to break down

shore enough we did...... now we are testing this trade channel and breaking through....

Before this it did look like the semiconductors were looking bullish...... and the R2K was looking weak.... aparently the R2k Trumped the SMH
