I didn't draw it out but this looks taken to the woodshed and beaten. A carefull stop on this uptrend
I can make a case for this as a bottom,
this has been BEATEN, if oil comes down... there is a Rally here.But you want to see it break that trend to the upside.
Be warned the volume doesn't completely say Capitulation...
