Trading with tk called the market hopeless... that was funny. Gartman On Kudlow, was Grim. He was like " I understand that in the long term the financials will have value in the long run, but I have to get through the next 2 weeks"
I was naping and probably need to re-watch it.
I threw out my breakdown theory over the next 2 days. the next hope for a bounce is not 11700, 300 points to the downside will not a bounce make. We need 10500 before we can hope for a small bounce, which could bring enough hope into the market to generate some panic. Or something...
We keep taking the Stairs down. but we do seem like we could be accelerating to the downside.
AKA "I'VE seen the poop, where is the pony!"
Hopefully, when I talk about that bunker out back that I'm thinking about digging, It's understood that I'm just sharing my sentiment. And to Drone on, I wonder if by sharing it, I'm enabling it, or that it's only by acknowledging it can I deal with it.
Signs of a trade-able Panic low:
- I keep trying to stick with the technicals. Speaking of which, This is Site Visit Data from "The big Picture"
Finally we have a "Manic Bear Spike" in the data. Historically it takes 2-3 days of increased traffic, with a Final spike. and we get a Trade-able bottom. - I have capitulated, gartman has capitulated, Tony has capitulated. Melissa, One of the great Top and bottom pickers, is still being a Vulture.... Just Waiting...
- The Remaining Bullish bears are ducati and doug kass
- I have my first hit on the blog for "Short Banks", also yesterday I got a hit for "short dollar"
2-3 days of a move to my(new and improved?) 10500 Target?
Late day Breakdown, below resistance tomorrow? 10800-10700?
300-400 point down day on Thursday?
Flat Friday?
With a final Monday Wash out?(with fed Rate cut?)
couple week Rally back up to 11K resistance?
some nice discouragement, and final capitulation, disbelieved double bottom, in the 10300-10500 level?
*sigh.... isn't that the way..... Questions? Questions? questions?....*
do I have the guts to short Financials, then Take them long..... Then short them again?
