Banks and the Uptick rule


Certainly It's a moral hazard that reduces the Upside for Bank Stocks.

But, the market will Crush them, if they are defenseless, and make it so they have no ability to get capital.... seems like it makes the game more fun...

this move looks to correct... but it's .... there isn't much reason not to play this out...

Umn.... I think we keep going to the close they should sell it at tomorrows open... but then you can buy it again for it's last move. to the upside... "that will be the "but the dip"" mode
