and with as much money as china dumped into it... obviously Rio will have all those dollars to do that!!!!
As China bricked up anything unsightly to make things look clean!!! Sure Rio will do that.
either that or there is some kind of psychological thing where we have linked china to Olympics and now the Olympics to Rio
