got off the phone with a friend.....
"the near term low will be next week", that is when the real fear will be. That is what they said.
They were predicting fear. I kept asking why?, they busted into some kind of mystic mojo.
Way to many things that make this the near term low. CNBC having extra long squawk. It's all over the paper.
I don't talk to retail investors, but ... I heard local news, and you would have thought we had crashed... Nobody looks at a stock chart and realizes we were here 2 months ago.
there are still chances of legit resumptions... etc.
I was tempted to hop on and buy AIG. "The Street" couldn't' manage to figure out that the Warrants were redeemable once the debt was repaid.
This was "If it is" the most interesting of all the "Capitulations"... and I called off tony when if he had held on he would have made some good money, Tony has great instincts for reversals.
they were talking about how a conservatership was impossible legally, I'd agree but I'm sure there is a provision for receivership by the insurance regulators.
What is also interesting is that china and hong kong can't get out of their way, they just keep selling, regardless. "decoupled from the rest of the markets"

Don't mistake my stark raving fear of losing capital with innate "instincts" but I appreciate the compliment.
Sitting on lots of cash now.
