Libor

The London interbank offered rate, or Libor, for overnight loans fell 1.19 percentage points to 3.84 percent today


the 3 month ticked up....

but the overnight moving from 5 to under 4 is good.....

it says we are healing...

but will the market believe it.

or will the other headwinds crush it in the death spiral feedback loop
