More boogyman

So, on hardball, they were talking about how the Obama economic council was/is ready to let some banks fail.
They were ready but chickened out..
This sounds like rumor, and not even a good one or we would see it in the market. I can't imagine they would not be talking about..... You know that big one(I hesitate to start rumors, it is actually a crime. And since I don't have anything but my speculation... It is a mistake for me to name names.)

but.... the Chaos that could result.... I just ran through the banks, and it doesn't show in any of their pricing..
