I just was on a nice walk.... Through the woods...
Two things, many homes are in disrepair.... this could be a winter phenomenon.
The other thing, seems like many people are prepping for renewal, Defiantly a seasonal thing. Let me point out I was doing yard work a week ago. Most people are just starting with clearing garbage and some minor cleaning.
Not that this means anything.
