Tragic Game theory and Buisness

So... the people who work at a Corporation, all are in the business of serving themselves. The only person that, in a business... in a successful business, focuses on Keeping the business going, and Keeping the customer happy, is the owner. Who it behooves to provide a satisfactory product at a decent value.

But with most corporations those people are Shareholders, and have no ability to ..... any thing in the corporation.
