that is a Hint at "Ghost of Economic cycles yet to come". It will take a few years to sort it out.

I can't believe they would agree to it. They should ask for minimum 5% over 3 years, or 7% over 1.

It's a sucker play to agree to that shitty a raise as high as inflation...

Which of course only breeds employee dissatisfaction over the long term...

and for a company that is doing as well as boeing... it's shameful.
