Tax Avoidance.

This stuff gets me nuts..

"Section 8 - Powers of Congress

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;"

This means, they can tax you on anything; Labor, Lightbulbs, Masterbation, Legnth of your lawn, number of teeth..... The caveat there is that you can't be taxed by congress to live in ohio vs florida.

the "Voluntary compliance"... Means that you can chose to go to jail and have your assets seized if you don't Voluntarily comply with taxation. It just means that they will not send you a bill. You will fill out the forms and send in your taxes. You will voluntarily comply, once a year. If you choose not to comply, you will be fined and assessed your tax liabilities.

This is all so lame, they just want to play word games... to justify some form of narcissism.. people "Want to believe" that somehow they don't owe taxes... and go to great lengths to justify it.
