So, that silly maria caruso cabrera (AKA Maria "bubbles" Cabuso Cabrera.) has been running around talking about "don't pay the pirates" and they will stop. That paying them provides incentives them to keep doing it.

Problem is, they still have the ship and the Cargo, which they can sell, and they would keep doing it. One of the issues certainly is that the Crew is easie to ransom.

But, This is what we do. You set up a Rotating Patrol of Navy Seals. For the next Year, every Indian ocean Sub-Marine patrol spends a Month or so of that Patrol, on station in the area with 4 Navy Seal teams, to intradict in every act of Piracy for the next year.

Use it as Training in the Gulf area for those troops. And they also will think "Maybe messing with American Shipping is a Mistake"

I'm as Lilly Livered as anybody, but when someone bullies you, you have to hit them, Even if it's pointless. Doing some damage to someone who attacks you, makes them cautious about doing it in the Future. It's beneficial to Bully people who don't fight back, but bullies will move on to people who don't rather than mess with those who do.
