So We have that Horizontal resistance... I make fun of these guys... This is a Huge trigger... through the horizontal based on the swing lines.....
there are tons of "Mechanical Buy's that are there"....
The LEMMINGS are going to Buy, and Cover at that line in MASS....
Then using Newtons Laws of Physics....
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction....
THAT WILL CAUSE A RETEST!!!.....

I get the cover on TLT... and the h/s bottom. I see the true buy target somewhere around 91.66 (which is the invivo "buy above" target). A trade here could work, but it could still re-test as you said.
Short covering will lift this now... look at shorting TBT, too, for a trade.
