So.... I've pulled off regular exercise... it's tough... but... I imagine My body will become adjusted to trading and regular exercise... regardless of my blood pressure...
But... the good thing is.... I keep remembering back when I'd go to bed at 8 or 9pm... and get up at 3 or 4......
The good old days.... and they seem to have returned....
But the 4 shows I watch... I keep falling asleep for... but I'm happy to give them up.... and I can use my sneaky ways... to watch them... or I could record them....
but... Jon and Kate... I havn't heard anything, but I did call mom last night and tell her she had to watch it for me, and tell me what happened...
It's the little things with parents right?
