So... I hate when cnbc doe's stats..

Liesman down 33.Bla% from the high... Up 33.5bla% from the lows..... But steve even if you hit a double off the lows.... you are only about 70 of the way to the highs....

if you cut something in half, you have to double it to get back to the highs... not 50%
