Notice that the early cycle "outperformed" today. not sure that is.... It's not like they went up.
I built this Oscillator..... and the' O2' is the Moving average of the oscillator. I'm not sure there is enough history for ti to be useful. I built it to look at relative sector performance as Breadth.
