Seemed like news to sell....
I wonder if in the next few months... with increasing Interest rates... suddenly the government money will look again like "Very Cheap" money....
Also.... Maybe we will get a "if they repay the Tarp" they may just end up being a more sluggish bank... More zombie like....
I'm not sure....... but it's something to ponder...
