For those that haven't followed me... the bloom was off this rose for myself at about day 3.

Blooms don't last long for me... I get realistic quickly.....

but I want to point out, that Statesmanship is about Compromise... it's interesting to see Bill say "Obama needs to ram this shit down their necks".
I know we have suffered with that same shit for 8 years... and it seems like this is the way "Things are done"...

but

Can't it be a new day in america... If Obama and the democrats want to hold more than 4-8 years, they need to show that they are better than "The old Guard"...

There was a Mandate, but for fundamental change in how we do things.... Bill Maher is making the argument that Maybe Obama needs to Waterboard the Republicans into Health care.

Life is a Journey, a Journey of a Thousand Steps... Going from Step 1 to step 5... is how you break your neck...

If we move the country from step one to step 2... and then they are ready for step 3.... The people will show it.

It's not that Obama is changing the country, Obama reflects the change in the country....

Every age only asks the questions it's ready to Answer.... so If the country is ready for more... They will ask the right questions....

I had the idea that the Left would find Hubris as the market went up, and humility as it goes down...
and the right would get Crazy as it went up, and would find Hubris as it goes down.

The reason I point this out is that there is a possible erosion of the base, and things like allowing some of the "Extreme Issues" derail the recovery. So... some market decline to put the fear of god back into people... Green shoots suddenly overgrown with weeds because we forgot to Nurture them...
