what I love about right now...
If you notice there are a million opinions... housing has bottomed housing will never bottom.... but if you weigh sentiment.....
there are less bears than bulls than there were...... everyone is confused.... we everyone is betting we are going in different directions... that is what makes a good "Wall of Worry"
