so.... The CIO is 35 and kind of hot........
Of this International.....Financial company....
So far... My bullshit evidence against stanford...
He talks about himself in the third person.
and now he hired someone completely unqualified as CIO... Realize this isn't a CFO....
This is a computer nerd/Business person....
and apparently this is about destroying data... Or as CIO you can get nailed for not holding onto some information.
There are huge mistakes people make in CIO's... either they hire a Nerd with no business experience... or a Business person, who knows nothing about I.T. and usually an Accountant.
This seems like the worst of all worlds....
I still... may grand Alan Stanford... Maybe he is just a Machismo Dipshit who managed his organization into the ground...
The other half glass would be... if you hire incompetent people... you can get away with more.
Financial history doesn't repeat itself, but it often rhymes. You can't be stupid enough to trade off anything I say.... I'm lucky they let me out of the straight-jacket long enough to trade.

His business is destroyed either way. He'll never be trusted again.
My opinion is meaningless, but the prosecutors better have evidence on this crap.
This brings to mind Scooter Libby, eventually sent up for perjury... but who outed Plame? We never found out who did the crime (and we DO know that a crime was committed.) Is that justice?
And don't even get me going on the Clinton Whitewater/blowjob travesty.
And we're waiting for Blago's trial-- as much of an ass-hat as he is, his reputation was destroyed, so let's see what it's all about.
My point is that these prosecutors can seem pretty cavalier and their track record for getting prosecutions is not very good.
But at the end of day, Stanford deserves his day in court.
