some kind of bounce

One could think that this thing is lifeless, I don't know how far or if this is like a 50 pt bounce..

the worst part is I'm cheating and watching it retest right now, before I post this.

I don't have anything to say. I'd suggest that most of this is because the market thinks that we will let some of these firms fail. and doesn't know how to price it in.
