was talking about how there is a second gov(the fed and treasury) operating.....
Why is it that I'm more comfortable with what fed and treasury does, that what congress does... Also... This "second government" seems to be profitable.
In all of this.. I kid you not. Congress needs to understand Money... and have a 200 level education in economics.
