So... What is that Rule of threes... it would suggest that we have to pull back, since we are right up against resistance.. But if we blow through it, we will get some super short covering off the break in resistance, and pull back to this level after that.

I'm very curious how much of this move is Purely banks.. I wish I could tell in the premarket where all the sectors are... but I'm not that ..... Capable..
