there is a letter from Bernanke to congress about the TALF
It seems like again, congress can't keep track of the difference between the TALF and the PPIP
Just what we need, congress setting monetary policy.

Mr. Richard H. Neiman
Mr. Damon A. Silvers
No worries, congress will do everything possible to stop any form of recovery.
