Had a nice run, and by nice I mean I ran, there was sweat and now endorphins.... I'm having come to Jesus with myself about my diet right now. I realized on the run as I drooled about having breakfast.
Let me just let Y'all know what a healthy male who sits in a chair all day needs to eat.
200 calories of soup,
300 calories of salad
300 calories of snacks
300 calories in beverages
200-300 calories of breakfast(yogurt or eggs)
Ugh... Thanks for tolerating this...
