If I were a "retail investor", I don't know why you wouldn't just wait till things "Aren't scary".
one would think that "Anyone with money." would be smart enough to put that money to work bit by bit.
With redemption's, you would think there would be enough wealth destruction, that there may be no January effect.
It may be an interesting day...
