If what you can buy with your money after sell it is less.... I.E. INFLATION. home worth 40K cheesburgers Vs 30K after inflation.

or if your home is worth less in Dollars..... I.E. Deflation you can only buy 30K Cheesburgers Vs 40K.....

There is no Difference.... It's a confidence game.....

and it's why nobody saves.
