Who I both love and loath,

Said, "Traders are saying there should be a buying opertunity about the second week of jan".

Then I said.... "I said the same thing to tony!"..... Maybe Tony is Art........

    I prefer to think that "Art imitates Life"...

    ...although I do look a little bit like Art Cashin, only balder and fatter.

    Seriously, I heard him say that and thought, "how can anyone know that?" That's like 10 yrs from now in market time.

    But then again, I do remember you saying last spring that the market would tank in the fall...

    ... such predictions are just not part of my skill set I guess.

    Well, an october drop isn't rocket science, I'll bet on another one next october, but I'll hedge about if it will be to new low.

    You are so right.... The last 2 weeks has been like 2 months.

    If only I can get through today, then through christmas, then through the new year..... then I can think about those first 2 weeks.

    But remember just after the first is a brand new NFP.

    Yes. Wish I had hedged more... but can't get greedy.
